Quality Improvement (QI) Program

Humana Behavioral Health’s QI Program is an integral part of every aspect of our health and productivity programs and includes the ongoing measurement of clinical care, service quality, access and availability, prevention, and customer satisfaction.

Quality Improvement is an Organizational-Wide Effort

All Humana Behavioral Health departments monitor the quality of services provided and implement QI strategies to improve these services.

In addition, all staff, practitioners, members and clients are asked to participate through satisfaction surveys, meetings and teams designed to take action when opportunities for improvement are identified.

As part of a yearly evaluation, our programs are reviewed to ensure they meet our established performance goals and to identify areas for improvement.
