EAP/Work-Life Benefits for Members and Family
You and your covered household members may call the EAP/work-life services toll-free number and speak with a professional who will assist you with access to appropriate community resources or tackle day-to-day issues like:
- Eldercare or child care concerns
- Parenting teenagers
- Credit or debt management
- Marital and divorce issues
- Work group conflicts
- Family member's alcoholism
- Grieving a death or loss
- Legal difficulties
- Depression or anxiety
Most problems are resolved through telephonic or in-person counseling sessions. In cases where more intense or specialized treatment is needed, a professional EAP/work-life specialist will assist employees and household members with determining what actions are best.
