Professionals We’re Seeking
We are actively recruiting psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, and behavioral health professionals who are licensed independently in the state where they practice. We are also seeking individuals with Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certification.
Providers May Choose from Several Opportunities
We offer many opportunities to expand your provider services in the commercial and Medicare area. When you contract with LifeSynch, you may be eligible for serving members in the following areas:
- Medicare Advantage Plans – LifeSynch is a leader in managing and providing services for Medicare populations through Medicare Advantage Plans, and we currently serve 1.5 million Medicare members. Medicare Advantage Plans provide seniors with affordable alternatives to traditional Medicare or a Medicare supplement plan. All providers must be Medicare eligible to participate. Facilities are required to have a CMS number.
- Traditional Behavioral Healthcare (non-Medicare) – LifeSynch manages behavioral healthcare services for many insurers and employers across the nation. Our case managers provide hundreds of members with referrals to behavioral health providers every day.
- Employee Assistance Program(EAP)/Work-Life – Providers are encouraged to participate in the EAP specialty care network, which offers behavioral healthcare counseling opportunities. We are continually expanding our client base to include more organizations like local and state governments, transportation companies and others.
- Project HERO – The LifeSynch/Humana Veteran Healthcare Services network is a specialty care network for veteran behavioral health services and is active in select areas.
