If your employer or benefit plan offers EAP services through LifeSynch, and you would like to see an EAP counselor before accessing your mental health and chemical dependency benefits, you must contact LifeSynch for a separate listing of EAP providers specific to your plan. This website does not contain a listing nor a search feature for EAP counselors.

The list of special interests following a provider's name is based on the provider's self-report of the age or type of client that they see most often or the types of problems they have a special interest in treating. It is not a statement or guarantee that these providers have special licensure, board certification, or any special training in these areas. Also, if there are no special interests listed by a provider's name, this may only mean that the provider did not provide this information to LifeSynch. These providers may have unlisted special interests and may treat a wide variety of different populations and problems.

The provider information on this website is updated on a monthly basis. Before receiving services, you should always verify that the provider is still participating in the LifeSynch network and that their practice information is correct by calling LifeSynch at 1-800-777-6330. From time to time, providers have changed addresses, phone numbers, or specialties and have not yet informed LifeSynch of the changes.
